Lots of fic stuff

 It’s been months of plugging away at revisions for my George story and the last two chapters still aren’t fully beta’d. I actually haven’t had anyone look over chapter 5 (the epilogue that is all McShep feelings) so I have no idea if it even works yet.  I am fighting all my worst impulses to just post anyway. It’s not like I’ll have many readers for this as it is since it’s an older story, in first person, and complete insanity.  I posted chapters 1-3 with an extremely muted response, but again, that was expected before I started. I love my George stories and I want to go back and read them as strong as they can be made.

Meanwhile, I have a few fics in my mind.  I am collaborating on one story, which might become two, and I’m really excited about the story and how the collaboration is going. I am so lucky to work with a talented author that can temper my impulses and help make the best fic we can together. 

I have one other fic in progress that is fully clear in my mind but hasn’t found it’s voice on paper yet.  I haven’t written a lot of Lorne and I see the story mostly from his perspective. We don’t get a lot of Lorne and McKay dynamic so I’m not sure how to play the scenes even though I know exactly what is taking place.

My goal this month is to post a new story every week. The next month is surgery and slowing down.
