Doom! by Kolyaaa

 So if you don't also follow me on Tumblr or Discord, then you haven't heard my extreme excitement that Kolyaaa is migrating Doom! to AO3, one of my absolutely favorite SGA fics ever. The McKay Whump in this...both physical and emotional...it's so good you all! I'm excited to read it again and to keep it on AO3. 

And in the author notes....Kolyaaa reveals their origin story and unmasks themselves. Of course such an AMAZING story would turn out to be written by some of my favorite sga writers including Tipper and NotTasha!  Honestly, the level of intense Rodney emotional whump in this should have been a good clue. 

So, anyway, I can't recommend this fic enough. And if you were there when it first posted and read it then, you know why I'm raving about it. So good. It's long, so probably best read in parts.  It starts silly but it gets dark and deep and intense with each passing chapter.  Soooooo good.

I did actually know this! Tipper told me about 15 years ago - I think when I was visiting her in Boston? - and swore me to secrecy. As you can see, I can keep a secret; I never breathed a word to anyone. XD (Legit had forgotten who the others were besides Tipper and NotTasha, though.)

I got told a few months ago when talking to NT so I didn't have to hold the secret as long. That’s awesome you visited her! I remember how much fun I had meeting you and Greyias.

Tipper’s written some amazing fic this year (as has NT). It’s funny to think that after we worked so hard to only read gen that both Tipper and I now write McShep. How we change?
