Covid

I’ve spent the last week dealing with covid again. I managed to finish season 2 of Good Omens, binge Atlantis, finish Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (the books), and do a lot of sleeping.  

How goes it? 

Rewatching Stargate Atlantis: Miller’s Crossing

.I have hunted all day through stargate atlantis fanfics that fill in the missing scenes on Miller’s Crossing.   Especially when Rodney tells John he wants to feed *himself* to the Wraith in order to save his sister.   The scene switches quickly to John’s completely dark and disturbing solution to save Rodney but it never shows us what happens as Rodney leaves the room after fulling admitting his intentions to John to essentially off himself. I have so many thoughts…

Did John really not try to stop him from leaving the room?

Where is Ronon in the between scenes?  

How did John distract Rodney long enough to enact his plan?

Why did the guards let it happen?

Did John fully realize his obvious feelings for Rodney?   Because even as someone who often reads everything as gen, Sheppard so clearly has feelings for Rodney and it is extremely clear in this episode.

Am I going to have to write? So far none of the fics I have seen have completely satisfied the scenes I need to see. I did find an old fic of mine that deals with the later aftermath. I think it’s time to finally expand on it.
