sgatazmyI joined a writing group online and I’m really enjoying it so far. We post stories with excerpts and the feedback we want on a shared doc and it can be fanfic or original and the members pick and choose whose story to give feedback to. So I have people reading my fanfic who have no idea what SGA is and can give feedback from a new perspective. One of my beta readers there turns out to be someone who DADT experiences was highly relatable to.
It’s also cool to know that with very little background given, my story is holding up on its own merit.Just two
more chapters to go and I’ll post!

I just read the Wild Robot with my kids and it was sooooooo good. It’s time for summer reading and I can’t wait to dive into more. I’ll probably pick up the sequel.
