Trinity question for SGA

I am writing a positive/encouraging post-trinity fic that has little to no angst. I want to make sure my bases are covered. Are there any post-trinity references on the show? It can be as little as characters treating each other different or just mentions of trust issues. References to the episodes would be most helpful.

I've gotten very annoyed at all the negative post-trinity fics out there and I really want to write a short, sweet story in my mind between Teyla and Rodney but I can't remember if all the angst after Trinity was only in fanon or in canon?
